Sylvester Stallone Accused of Sexually Assaulting Teen Fan in 1986
Sylvester Stallone and his bodyguard were accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl more than three decades ago in Las Vegas, according to a recently uncovered police report from 1986.
Obtained by The Daily Mail, the report details how the star and his bodyguard, Michael De Luca. allegedly lured the unidentified teen into Stallone’s Las Vegas hotel room while he was filming Over the Top, and intimidated her into performing sexual acts.
Although the victim filed a police report, she declined to press charges, telling authorities she had been threatened by Stallone and De Luca. Stallone allegedly told the teen if she told anyone about the incident, he and his bodyguard “would have to beat her head in.” De Luca reportedly laughed after the star made the threat.
“She indicated that if the sexual encounter had only been with Stallone, she would not pursue this matter,” the report states, “but due to the fact that Mike, the bodyguard became involved in the sexual incident, she didn’t know what she wanted to do.” The police officer who took the report wrote that while the teenager said she was not physically forced to participate in sex with both men, “she did feel intimidated.” The officer further noted that during the interview, she “became emotionally upset numerous times, crying and sobbing.” The victim ultimately decided not to pursue criminal charges against either man, and signed a waiver of prosecution.
Stallone’s representatives have declined to comment on the Mail’s story, but a retired Las Vegas metro police officer reportedly confirmed that the copy obtained by the paper is “a true copy of the original report.” The incident was first uncovered in 2016 by the Baltimore Post-Examiner, though it remained largely unreported elsewhere.
